The couple had a daughter called Winifred.

Harry attended Lintz Colliery Company's School, Infants.

 

He emigrated on 31 March 1911 from Liverpool aboard the Virginian accompanied by his brother George. They arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on 7 April 1911. Harry's intention was to farm in Saskatchewan.  

 

Harry died in 1960 of  Hemorrhagic Edema of Lungs, Acute Heart Failure and Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease.
